Week 2

Bojack-ed Horse-man

I started watching Bojack Horseman recently. I like it, and it’s not too weird. A lot of shows with a similar art style tend to have weird and confusing jokes. This show has some weird jokes, but in general, it’s an easy show to like. It’s a show about a broken actor, so, you guessed it, the main character goes through self-revelations. My personal favorite character is probably Princess Carolyn. She’s independent, smart, and a little crazy. There was a fun plotline where she met this man named Vincent, but she couldn’t see that he was just three kids stacked on top of each other in a trenchcoat. Bojack kept telling her that he was really just a child, but she is very insistent that he is just jealous.

Shush

I watched A Quiet Place II yesterday. I hadn’t watched the first one, but you really don’t need to. It’s easy to pick up from where it begins. They have the beginning of the premise in the intro to the movie, so I understood what was happening. I don’t watch scary movies a lot, so I was on edge the entire time, but I still liked it. I just had to close my eyes sometimes. The movie ended with a cliffhanger, so it was only an hour and forty minutes long. These two characters just killed monsters, and then the movie ended with a lot not resolved. I guess that means I’ll go to see the third movie.

Official End

When exactly is the official end of the school year? I’m pretty much done, but I also have to log on for two more days for service. The thing is, I’m online, so how am I going to help any of my teachers like I’m supposed to? Those days I just have to show up, so is that still school or not? My grades are finalized, but I still have to drop off my textbooks. If someone has the answer for me, please email TWWLI’s email account.
